Working alongside you in one-on-one Personal Training sessions Kerri or Bevan will help you achieve your very own health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Whether you want general fitness, strengthening and toning, weight loss, or something more specific, I have the knowledge and expertise to help you make your goals a reality.
Sometimes that little bit of support, motivation and encouragement are all the difference between achieving your goals or not!
All PT sessions are held weekly, for 50-55 minutes, and include all coaching for wellness, weight loss and nutrition.
We have a private training studio based in Rangiora, North Canterbury, so you can exercise in complete privacy with a fully qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience.

Group Exercise Classes
Come and join our Group Exercise Classes to get fitter, stronger and more energised!
Kerri and Bevan run a range of group exercise classes that focus on base strength, toning, core work and stretching - all designed to get you feeling good and loving the body you live in!
We cater for all levels of fitness with adaptable programs, and will work around any issues or injuries.
Each class is 55 minutes long and our rule is that you work to your own pace - no competition with anyone else!
These classes are run from our private home training studio and are kept to limited numbers, so you can be assured that you get plenty of individual attention.
