Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach
Hi, I’m Kerri van de Loo
I’m a Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Mindfulness Coach, specialising in Eating Psychology, with a huge mission to educate, inspire and ignite a passion within you to live a healthy life through moving, nourishing and loving your body.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years, beginning as a Qualified Personal Trainer and then going on to gain qualifications in Diet and Nutrition, Mindfulness Coaching, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Gut Health, and Food and Eating Psychology.
Within me is a burning desire to show you how to love yourself, to make you feel empowered by having a strong and fit body, to educate you on how to eat and nourish yourself in a way that your body loves, and to get you off this crazy dieting mentality that makes everyone feel like they are never good enough!

About Me
I was born and raised in North Canterbury of the South Island, New Zealand, where for as long as I can remember I loved anything to do with sport, fitness and being active.
This passion led me to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2006 and from 19 years of age I ran my own private Personal Training studio. I loved everything about it – watching people achieve their goals, helping them to feel good about themselves, and to teach people how amazing it felt to be strong and fit.
In 2012 I put a hold on my career to have my beautiful baby girl, Reese, and enjoy the pleasures of being a stay-at-home mum for a while.
In 2014, the burning desire I had for the health and fitness industry wouldn’t rest, so I began building my business back up, but I knew there was more I wanted to know and offer. So I did a lot of personal research, along with more qualifications in the fields that interested me, such as Psychology of Food and Eating, obesity, nutrition coaching and much more.
Today I find a happy balance between motherhood, being me, and doing what I love – helping people feel good about themselves!
